Growing up I played any sport I could, playing tennis and inline hockey in high school. Throughout my 20’s I gained a significant amount of weight, weighing nearly 300 lbs at my heaviest. After trying many programs and activities with only short term success, I started CrossFit in September 2017 at Unbroken Athletic. With CrossFit and nutrition coaching, I have transformed my life, losing 55 lbs (and counting!) since January 2018. As an athlete my goals are to continue to develop my skills and discover what I am capable of. As a coach, I am excited to help empower you to achieve your goals in and out of the gym!
