Our intro program will help you get started at your own pace with our certified coaches. This program is 4, one-on-one personal training sessions to teach you proper form, lifting technique, gym etiquette, mindset and some CrossFit lingo to prepare you to enter group classes. You will learn new skills each session and get in a workout as you go.
