Set your kids up for success—on and off the field! Our Youth Strength & Conditioning class focuses on building a strong foundation of strength, endurance, and mobility that can be applied to any sport or support a lifetime of healthy living. Designed to prevent injuries, develop non-sport-specific habits, and promote teamwork, this program helps young athletes and non-athletes alike improve their physical and mental well-being while having fun.
Feburary 20th- March27th
Classes are held on Thursdays from 6:30-7:30pm
and are led by a CrossFit Kids Certified Trainer.
Physical Fitness: Our program helps kids develop strength, agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance through varied workouts.
Motor Skills Development: The functional movements enhance coordination, balance, and overall motor skills.
Mental Toughness: By challenging themselves physically, kids build mental resilience and learn to push through obstacles.
