In our one hour strength based interval training class, members complete personalized versions of the same workout together, guided step-by-step by a coach. All classes are limited to 12 members to ensure you receive personalized attention from the coach each session. You’ll go through a structured session that includes a warm-up, workout, and cool down, keeping you moving from start to finish. Embrace the challenge, gain confidence, and see real results.
Enhance flexibility, prevent injuries, and boost relaxation in our hour-long Mobility Flow class! Perfect for all fitness levels, experience dynamic movements and gentle stretches designed to release tension and improve mobility. A dynamic one hour metabolic conditioning class designed to elevate your heart rate, increase stamina, and improve cardiovascular performance. This fast-paced session features bodyweight movements, agility drills, and interval-based cardio exercises to boost your endurance and keep you moving. Whether you're an experienced athlete or just looking to improve your cardio conditioning, this class is for all levels and focuses purely on building a stronger, healthier heart and lungs. Expect to move, sweat, and challenge your limits!
Still intimidated to start classes? Its okay, lots of people are, that’s why we created this 1 on 1 intro course. Work with a coach at your own pace for your first 4 sessions to learn the foundational barbell movements, gymnastics exercises and get comfortable with all the equipment.
It is often said that your fitness results are 20% of your activity in the gym and 80% the things you put in your mouth. And we don’t disagree. To help you really understand the power of nutrition in your quest to get healthier, stronger and drop body fat we offer 1-on-1 personalized nutrition coaching.
Working with a coach in a 1:1 environment or in a small group to address your specific needs and individual goals. Need to develop confidence and competence with certain exercises? Working towards a specific goal? Not sure if your technique is as good as it could be? Our personal training packages may be just what you need. Sessions start at $69 an hour / $39 a half hour.
The focus of each class is on how well your child moves, not how much or how fast. Every class is loaded with age-appropriate excitement coupled with learning the basic functional movements. We want to see your kids grow in strength and skill as well as in confidence and character, and above all have fun!
We offer 24/7 gym access through HybridAF’s mobile app. This services allows members to unlock the gym door from their phone. Late nights, early mornings, holidays or weekends, the gym is yours to use.
